Women to Women - Success Strategies for Graduate School

WISE co-sponsored the fourth annual Women to Women – Strategies for Success panel in November. The panel, aimed at graduate students, was held in the Alumni Center and featured faculty panelists Professor Patricia King from Higher Education, Assistant Professor Lola Eniola-Adefeso from Chemical Engineering and Professor Ninfa Springer from the School of Nursing.

Panelists described their career trajectory and provided advice relating to their academic, professional, and personal successes.

For the first time, this year's event was followed by a networking event with panelists and additional female faculty from science and engineering departments. More than 100 students and faculty stayed for the networking event which included refreshments and time for many one-on-one conversations.
