WISE sponsors GRAD-SWE and MUSES Welcome Dinner

The Graduate Society of Women Engineers (Grad-SWE) and the Movement of Underrepresented Sisters in Engineering and the Sciences (MUSES) held their joint Welcome Dinner for more than sixty incoming women on September 10, 2008. The president of Grad-SWE, Yu Zhou and the president of MUSES, Tahira Reed welcomed the group. After a stimulating keynote address from Cinda-Sue Davis, Director of the Women in Science and Engineering Program, students shared a meal and discussed their plans and opportunities for the upcoming semester. Several Peer Advisors were present to offer advice and share information.
